Employee wellbeing survey
The Royal Albert Hall needs little introduction. This world famous music venue employs around 500 staff and has created a Wellbeing Network to help employees navigate their busy work and personal lives. In 2019 we worked closely with the network to deliver its first independently led employee wellbeing survey. Questions were tailored to suit the Hall’s workforce, but we kept the survey succinct and anonymous to ensure high response rates and honest engagement. We presented the results back to the key stakeholders and their satisfaction can be seen in the quote below.
In 2021 we ran a follow-up survey, looking into how staff had coped during the pandemic and to hear their thoughts about the Hall’s imminent reopening post lockdown. This time we divided the audience into three distinct categories and delivered analysis comparing the three groups, as well providing recommendations for the network. In addition to surveys, we’ve also run virtual wellbeing sessions for the venue’s staff, including Zoom Zumba, Yoga, and Healthy Digital Habits.
In early 2022 we were commissioned to run another survey to help the venue evaluate the success of its existing programme. The results, analysis and recommendations were first presented to the HR and Wellbeing teams, and later to the Hall’s Executive Committee.
