Stress Awareness Month is now a regular occurrence – it has been running every April in the UK since 1992. And this year is no different, in just a few weeks we will be in to Stress Awareness Month 2026. During this month, health care professionals will join forces to raise awareness about the signs, symptoms and causes for this potentially dangerous health condition.
However, as we highlight in our popular Stress Awareness – the Good and the Bad webinar, not all stress is negative – normal levels can be hugely beneficial for us. Individual thresholds for stress vary, but some pressures and deadlines can boost our performance and enable us to thrive.
To coincide with Stress Awareness Month 2026, we are offering our aforementioned webinar at £199 (for unlimited attendees). Click here to take a look at the full contents of the webinar (which can also be delivered in-person if required). We are also running a special offer month: book 3 sessions during April and May (Mental Health Awareness week is 11th-17th May) and get them for just £595.

The Stress Management Society is the organisation behind each Stress Awareness Month. The theme for Stress Awareness Month 2026 is ‘Be the Change’ inspired by Mahatma Gandhi’s quote and the campaign’s strapline: ‘Be a Mate. Be the Change.” The theme’s aim is to emphasise personal responsibility and empowerment, encouraging individuals to take action to improve their own wellbeing and support others in managing stress. It aligns with the campaign’s broader goal of normalizing conversations about mental health and reducing stigma.
