With Mental Health Awareness Week 2026 (May 11th to 17th) fast approaching, we have a number of options that you can run during that week* to help support your employees. This year’s theme, decided on by the Mental Health Foundation, centers on action – taking action to support mental health: for yourself, for someone else, for all of us.
We are offering one of our most popular sessions – Employee Mental Health Awareness – for £199 during Mental Health Awareness Week 2026. This 45 minute webinar has been carefully designed to help attendees understand how mental health issues may arise in their workplace, and how to help create a supportive working environment.
We are also hosting our Managers’ Mental Health Awareness Workshop during this week – on Thursday May 14th. Delivered in an upbeat manner, the material covered in this two and-a-half-hour interactive workshop includes case studies, examples, videos, and interactive elements – all of which help to develop learning, stimulate discussion and lead to the creation of working conditions under which every employee can thrive.
We have a number of other webinars that will be relevant and appropriate during this week. These include:
- Resilience in the workplace
- Stress Awareness – the good and the bad
- Understanding Burnout
- Men’s Mental Health & Wellbeing
- Wellbeing for Working Parents

Here is why the Mental Health Foundation went with the action theme:
We’ve chosen Action as this year’s theme because, while awareness is vital, real change comes when we take action too. Together, we’ve come a long way on mental health, but we can’t risk going backwards. There’s still much we can do to prevent people becoming unwell in the first place.
(* of course, such sessions and workshops are not limited to just this week – you can run them with us at any time of the year)
