This year’s Mental Health Awareness Week runs from Monday May 15th to Sunday May 21st. To mark this important week, we will be running four open webinar sessions daily from Tuesday to Friday.

Men’s Mental Health and Wellbeing – Tuesday May 16th at 2.30pm

This upbeat session has been carefully designed to help attendees understand health and wellbeing issues that may arise both in their domestic lives and within the workplace, as well as exploring the pressures of being a man in today’s world. It includes sections on how to spot signs and symptoms of those that may be struggling, and appreciating what contributes to our mental wellbeing. A fluffy free zone(!), the session is full of insights and engaging, positive content around ways to stay healthy and to thrive.

Employee Mental Health Awareness – Wednesday May 17th at 11am OR Friday May 19th at 11am

This webinar has been carefully designed to help attendees understand how mental health issues may arise in their workplace, and how to help create a supportive working environment. It is suitable for employees of all levels and we are confident attendees will leave with a greater understanding of mental health, empathy, and how to look after themselves.

How to Talk About Mental Health at Work – Thursday May 18th at 2.30pm

While conversations around mental health are increasingly common, knowing the best way to discuss this topic from a company perspective can still be tricky. Companies and employees both have roles to play to reduce stigma around mental health problems at work and this session explores how to talk about mental health at work.
