Delivered by a pre and post natal exercise specialist, these sessions will offer guidance on how women, no matter what their starting point, can exercise safely throughout their pregnancy and after giving birth.
The session(s) are ideal for businesses looking to support staff during and after their pregnancy and can be offered as a single session or split into two: Exercising during pregnancy; and exercising post childbirth.
