Mental health awareness training for managers

Our half-day mental health awareness training for managers workshop will be held on March 26, 2020 at Workspace, 60 Grays Inn Road, London.
This workshop has been created to ensure attendees leave feeling well equipped to deal with any mental health issues in their places of work. This training has been designed with managers and those who supervise staff in mind, ensuring they are aware of what to do if anyone they manage is suffering from a mental health issue. Also included are ways to create a healthier workplace, to reduce the chances of mental ill-health problems occurring.
The training is also suitable for any ‘mental health champions’ in your workplace or people you are considering for such positions.
Delivered in an engaging manner by Oliver Frois – a fully qualified Senior Psychology Practitioner and CBT therapist – the material covered on the day includes video examples, case studies, small exercises, and interactive elements to ensure learning and to encourage conversation. Refreshments are included in the price and are available throughout.
