Bristol mental health awareness training
March 24 @ 9:30 am - 12:45 pm£95
Event postponed due to the ongoing uncertainty around Covid-19.
As part of our expansion into Bristol and surrounding areas, we will be running our acclaimed Mental Health Awareness Training for Managers on March 24, in Bristol city centre.
This training has been designed specifically for managers and those who supervise staff, ensuring they are aware of what to do if anyone they manage is suffering from a mental health issue. Run by Oliver Frois, the three-hour workshop ensures attendees leave feeling more knowledgeable about the causes and signs of the common workplace mental health problems.
The content also takes a proactive stance, highlighting ways to create a healthier workplace, to reduce the chances of mental ill-health problems occurring. The training is also suitable for any ‘mental health champions’ in your workplace or people you are considering for such positions.
Oliver Frois is a fully qualified Senior Psychology Practitioner and CBT therapist and he delivers the material – which includes video examples, case studies, small exercises, and interactive elements – in an upbeat manner. The combination of his clinical experience, relevant content, and insightful advice has drawn praise from past attendees, some of which you can see below.
Our Bristol mental health awareness training will be held at Landmark, One Temple Quay. Refreshments are included in the price and are available throughout the session.
Agenda and areas covered:
- Dealing with mental ill-health in the workplace
- How to have a conversation about mental health at work

“The content and how the course was delivered was spot on. I have been on quite a few mental health in the workplace courses and I would say this was the most beneficial so far”
